Thank you for visiting and shopping at Aeroease Collection. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times are separate from the shipping times. During high-volume periods or holidays, processing may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (Hong Kong & Macau) We offer flat-rate standard shipping for all local orders in Hong Kong and Macau.

Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 10 business days.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 500 HKD!
International Shipping At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are actively working on sorting this out and plan to expand our shipping destinations very soon! Please check back later for updates.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 to 48 hours.
Damages and Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at info@aeroeasecollection.com so we can file a claim with the carrier and make it right for you.
